A New Chapter

Everyone’s lives are often documented in chapters. Some chapters may be filled with colourful and lively stories while some chapters may contain only gray matters, which could be painful reminders or sometimes, just too insignificant to be documented in our lives.

Chapters open and close when there are turning points in our lives. A new addition to the members of one’s family, a new beginning of a relationship, a new job, a new home, a new life altogether. The ending of one chapter could signify death, departure or separation.

The past couple of months, I have opened and closed many chapters in my life. And now, I am ready to start a new chapter in which it will be spread out wide and long. I want this new chapter to remain vivid with colours and to be splashed with meaningful lessons, powerful growth and breakthroughs.

This chapter in my life will be prolonged and will have no more page breaks. It will be a discourse of daily gratitude to God and to the beautiful people in my life; my husband, my family, my true friends. There will be no way that anyone or anything to penetrate through this strong bond. Nobody. Nothing. I will make this chapter everlasting. This, I promise.
